We provide professional assistance to help businesses navigate statutory requirements, but we do not issue government certificates ourselves; we facilitate the application process.
3. Payment Terms and Security

Official Transactions: To ensure the safety and security of your funds, all service payments must be made directly to the official company account of Bioradical Consol.

Consultancy Fees: Our fees are for professional expertise and administrative support. Any statutory government fees required for registrations (e.g., MCA filing fees or Trademark fees) are separate from our consultancy charges unless explicitly stated in a bundled package.
4. Client Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate, complete, and verified information for all registration and filing processes. Bioradical Consol is not liable for delays or rejections caused by data discrepancies or fraudulent documents.

Timely Cooperation: Certain services, such as Digital Signatures, require instant verification. Clients must be available for necessary prompts to ensure "safe, secure, and legally valid" issuance.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to "bridge ideas and execution" with 100% commitment, Bioradical Consol shall not be held liable for:
- Rejections of applications by government authorities (e.g., Trademark objections or GST registration denials).
- Delays caused by government portal downtimes or changes in statutory laws.
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our consultancy advice.
